Man I love the Stirling smg - small, light, great to shoot and better made than the Sten - also immortalised by films such as Star Wars, Bond, Who Dares Wins (what do you mean you never heard of it? Rent it now!) We have several Stirling L2A3 sub machine guns in good condition, new spec. The Stirling SMG came into service in 1953 and was an issue weapon with the British army for nearly half a century. The magazines of these weapons are acknowledged to be the best engineered and thought out design on the planet and can keep operating when all other mags have ceased to function. So much cooler than an Uzi.
Heres a great example from our current batch, a British deactivated Sterling SMG in fine condition - as you can see from the pics, its used but not battered. Its a new spec deactivation so the bolt is welded in place but the mag ejects, trigger moves, stock extends and locks etc, plus it comes with teh correct UK certificate of deactivation.
Wow, now this deactivated British Sterling is the best I have ever seen - don`t think it was issued or fired (probably out of a regimental display as its not "DP"`d or anything like that) - it is literaly as good as brand new. The crackle black finish is perfect, the grips are perfect, the chrome metal trigger frame is perfect - even the mag is perfect - plus when deacivated the bolt has been chopped in two so you have full cocking rod movement - stock extends and locks etc and the mag eject, plus it comes with the correct UK certificate of deactivation.
This has to be the holy grail of replicas - only a handfull made, this MGC Sterling is in near perfect condition and is the all steel model that not only chambers certain inert rounds and ejects them it can be converted to fire 8mm blanks - subject to legalities. The folding stock is in full working order and the Sterling will field strip and cock and dry fire.

Here at real-gun.com we try to get things right first time - but, being a bit crap sometimes, we do screw things up - if in any doubt please contact us - if we get a price wrong or are out of stock we will contact you immediatly - many thanks.
We list details of our current stock by batch - due to our high turnover of the most popular models - so the images and desciptions fit that model, though there may be slight variations in stock grain/colour and metal condition - please bare in mind that some of the de-ac guns are almost 100 years old!
Real-gun.com cannot sell deactivated guns to anyone under the age of 18. Though are not required to store this in a gun safe it is advised you store them in you dwelling, preferably in a locked cupboard. When transporting de-acs please keep them in out of site, preferably in a gun bag. Be sensible - don`t mount a .50 cal on the roof of your Jeep and take a drive - its fine on private land at shows but given the current climate please do not stress our Police any more than they currently are!
